Main plates come with Family Style Salad, Fresh Roma Rolls, Coffee, Tea and Cheesecake. Dinners can be served Family style for a nominal fee of $2.50/person.

Pancetta Wrapped Bruschetta Chicken

Succulent and Tender Chicken Breast Suprema stuffed with Tomato, Basil Bruschetta, and slices of Creamy Bocconcini wrapped in Crisp Pancetta Bacon. We drizzle them with a Sweet Chinotto Reduction and plate the dish with Smashed Parmesan Red Creamer Potatoes, Green Beans, Toasted Almonds and Mushrooms.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Pizzaiola

Chicken PizziolaSumptuous Tender Chicken Breasts crusted in a Parmesan Breading, layered with Tomato Sauce, Calabrese and Soft Pizza Mozzarella Cheese. Oven roasted until they’re hot and bubbling, served with Slow Roasted Potatoes and Buttered Peas with Prosciutto Ribbons.

Pollo Vino e Funghi

Exquisite Whole Chicken Legs marinated in Red Wine, slow roasted with Mushrooms and Onions until the meat is almost falling of the bone, served with Triple Whipped Truffle Scented Garlic Potato and Zucchini with Sweet Bell Pepper.

Italian Stuffed Pork Loin

Tender Pork Loin rubbed with a delicious blend of Spices, bursting with soft Italian Bread Stuffing and flavoured with fine Fresh Herbs and Cranberry. The dish is sliced and plated with a Rich Demi Glace, Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables.

Pesto Salmon Fumare

Pesto Salmon FumareFresh Filet of Salmon with a subtle hint of tantalizing Cedar Smoke, lightly brushed with Luscious Pesto Relish and cooked to absolute perfection. Served with Italian Herb Scented Tomato Rice and Roasted Chickpeas marinated in Sundried Tomato and Herb Oil.

Siena Striploin

Seared triple A Black Angus Striploin Oven Roasted and sliced with a rich and flavourful Demi Glace. Dinner is accompanied with our popular Sweet Sundried Tomato and Cilantro Lime Buttered Corn. The plate is presented with a delicious Baked Mushroom and Onion Polenta.

Triple A Black Angus Prime Rib

Slow roasted triple A Black Angus Prime Rib rubbed with a Sweet Chipotle Rub and Mustard Horseradish Glaze. Our Prime Rib is served medium rare with a Rich Red Wine Jus, perfectly roasted Parmesan Red Potatoes and Seasoned Buttered Asparagus Spears.

Black Angus Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Cream

Black Angus Tenderloin prepared with a decadent Gorgonzola Cream served over a rich Green Pea and Pancetta Bacon Risotto, accompanied by Honey-roasted Asparagus garnished with Toasted Almonds.
