President's Message Dear Brothers: I would like to begin by thanking each member of our Society for the support shown towards Da Vinci events. Within the last year the Society has gone through a good deal of renovations throughout the building and we are not stopping there. So far, half of the roof has been completed. As well, the Marco Polo has received a brand new look to be proud of. Come out and look at these changes. Presently we are in the process of renovating the kitchen as it needs a good cleaning up. We are also drawing up plans to renovate the Michelangelo Hall in January 2008, in anticipation of our 100th anniversary in 2009! These are some of the reasons why you should come out to the monthly meetings, offer suggestions that may be better than ours to apply for the new renovations. Many ideas and co-operation together will lead us into the next 100 years of success. Please keep the following date in mind. We are having Da Vinci Night on Saturday May 5th, 2007. Let’s make this event a big success, just like Valentines Dinner & Dance. Let’s try to sell it out in supporting the pride of our Society. Remember to get tickets early so you won’t be disappointed!
